After 18 months of engagement, your big day has finally came and went. You were stunning! You and Billy looked incredible, you were both glowing in happiness! I know this was a day you have dreamed about for so long but there are many more dreams ahead. You and Billy truly complete one another. I am so excited for all that God has in store for you and your new family. I know that marriage is not always roses and romance but there is no doubt in my mind that the two of you will live happily ever after! Chelsea, your PawPaw is so much proud of you and your little sister. Watching you all grow into the fine young women you are today has been such a pleasure. As Billy and Lesha begin their married life together I want to congratulate you and Josh on all that the two of you have accomplished so far and encourage the two of you to continue pursuing your dream, you will get there.
