I made pork loin for the first time the other night. I don't know why, but I was so nervous about it. We don't eat a lot of pork at our house, so I guess I'm just not familiar enough with it. Anyways, it turned out really great! I paired it with a Panzanella Salad and steamed corn on the cob and Tres Leches cake for desert. I think this is a perfect summer-time meal! Please enjoy, I know I did!

ah...pork loin. I was concerned too the first time i put it on the grill. I was thinking that the grill just wouldn't cook it enough. But you know what, it WAS done...and it was very good. I am ready to try it again soon.
