Showered with Love!

My little sister is getting married this summer and the showers have officially started! I love wedding showers....everything about them - I love the cake and punch, I love flowers, spring dresses, mingling with family & friends, and beautiful gifts wrapped in pretty bows!

Lesha and Billy have had two wedding showers so far and have two more left to go. I had the privilege of hosting her first shower along with some of our aunts and a couple of cousins (Aunt Nancy, Aunt LaFonda, Aunt Sherryl, Aunt Glenda, Cousin Cacy and Cousin Cindy). We had a lime green and turquoise theme which I thought turned out really cute.

Our Me-Me made this towel cake. She made one for my wedding shower too. I think they are the cutest thing ever!


We used limes in glass vases for centerpieces.

Lesha & I made a scrapbook. We passed it around the shower so everyone could see some of the memories Lesha & Billy have made together.

Since then, Lesha and Billy have had a 2nd wedding shower. It was just as beautiful and had a great turn out. It was a couples shower, so the men were invited too. We had some awesome food and some really great cookies at this one! Here are a few pics to share....
